Yes, free - you only pay for materials!

Acrylic.

Acrylic is available in a large assortment of colours, mirror, and tints in 3mm thick. Other thicknesess include 2mm, 4.5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 18mm, 20mm, 25mm...

Polycarbonate.

Clear or tinted, tough, bulletproof, and comes with UV resist coating. Used for safety screens, and machine guards as it does not shatter like acrylic can under heavy impact.

ACM.

Huge range of colours, very versatile, we can cnc cut any shape, and include folding guides on reverse for perfect folding. Popular for outdoor signage, footpath signs, cladding.

PVC "Plastic Wood" sheet

Also known as Plaswood, listed above it is called PVC Multiboard Signex, and Pyracel, it is available in many thicknesses, and can be cut into any shape. Can be used outdoors as is.

Plywood.

A huge range of thicknesses and grades, as well as wood material types, pine, birch, okume, marine, and eco - enviro friendly as well.

MDF (medium density fiber)

MDF (a composite of wood) is such a popular lasercut material, we get a huge discount from the manufacturer, and can pass these savings on to you for you project

Carbon Fiber.

Highest quality carbon fiber sheet available, guaranteed 1% tolerance on stated thickness. Full carbon fiber twill weave, multi layered (no fake fillers), semi gloss finish, with no voids, or bubbles.

PVC rigid sheet.

Various colours available in the thinner sizes, white, greay, and black available in thicker sizes. Unfortunately, PVC cannot be lasercut, but we can easily cnc routercut to any shape required.

Polypropylene.

Very slippery, lasercuttable, and semi non stick with regard to most paint, so is popular for stencils. 

HMWPE and UHMWPE

Polyethylene, High Molecular Weight, and Ultra High Molecular Weight - available in various thicknesses. Very slippery, close to teflon. Great for engineering parts, cogs, rollers, pulleys, slide rails etc. Thin PE can be lasercut, but gets a very molten edge, and thicker lasercuts just reweld back together. However, very easy to machine in the cnc router.

Acetal - Acetyl (aka Delrin)

Very stable, slippery, and useful material for many applications, up to 3mm can be lasercut, and leaves a small bead or ridge along the edge. Can also be cnc routercut for a perfect finish.

Styrene flat rigid sheet.

Can be lasercut, leaves a powdered bead of material along the cut edge, which can be removed.

Polystyrene.

Very lightweight, but easily dents, and breaks. There are various density polystyrenes available, from low to very high insulation, and modelling grades, we can supply a suitable grade you require. Thinner sheet can be lasercut, but the heat will cause a wider cut, which can be allowed for in software. Thicker sheets over 3mm have to be routercut, hotwire cut or knife cut with very good results depending on material density.

ABS.

Black and white available, usually textured on one side. Can lasercut thinner up to 4mm, but any thicker burns, charrs edge.

Peek.

Polyetheretherketone, perfect material in temperature dependant applications We can lasercut thinner sheets up to 1mm, but thicker material must be routercut, as the lasercut edge gets damaged from the intense reactiveness. Also available in various rod sizes
